About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Scheduler that understand the role is central to the daily business operations. Applications are open to either permanent part time applicants wanting 2 or 3 full day’s work (7.30am to 4pm) or a full-time applicant. You will manage 4-5 trade schedules, triage and coordinate jobs based on priority, monitor workflow progression, ensuring the clients are kept in the loop and maintaining our excellence with customer service. About You Proven scheduling / dispatch experience Confidence coordinating multiple trades in same day service work Strong prioritisation and decision-making Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills Experience using multiple software platforms (Highly regarded trade scheduling experience – eg.
