Reporting into the Quality & Regulatory Affairs Lead & Data Protection Officer, the new Quality & Regulatory Affairs Officer will be based at our Notting Hill head office in Melbourne and enjoy flexibility, a healthy work-life balance, and have the option of hybrid working. You will play a key role in supporting the operation and administration of our local IMS and regulatory compliance activities. Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Conduct administrative document control processes for the IMS, policies, procedures, and quality records; Coordinate internal and external audit preparation including follow-up activities; Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), update registers, and follow up with owners per established timelines; Support policy reviews, ensuring documentation remains current and compliant; Prepare and maintain dashboards and reporting for Quality & Regulatory Affairs; Address customer complaint intake, documentation, SLAs, and escalate as required; Contribute to root cause investigations and corrective actions as required; Assist with regulatory submissions and documentation preparation; Provide Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) by preparing packs, tracking confirmations, and maintaining the register; Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and; Always ensure a safety-first approach. The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes: Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Quality, Regulatory Affairs, WHS, Science, Engineering, or related discipline); 3 years’ experience with a Quality Assurance System; Exposure to working with a Quality Management System (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 preferred); Well versed with quality administration, compliance monitoring or regulatory documentation; Track record of supporting audits or regulatory processes (desirable); Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn; Exemplary understanding of compliance rules and ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards, and; Excellent attention to detail and analytical, stakeholder coordination, interpersonal, communication, organisational, and task management skills; A Police Check will be required for this position.
