Purpose of the role As a Wellness Warrior, you will bring joy, connection and create memorable experiences that brighten the lives of residents by supporting activities that keep them engaged, active and socially connected. Key responsibilities Build meaningful connections with older people through friendly interactions Support older people to participate in group and individual activities Encourage engagement, confidence and social connection Assist staff is setting up, running and packing up activities Help create a warm, inclusive and uplifting environment where residents feel valued and supported You can choose how you would like to contribute and what feels most natural and enjoyable for you. Some options include reading a book, singing, getting creative with arts & crafts, playing cards, bingo or board games, playing musical instrument or simply listening to music together. If you have a special skill or passion you'd like to share - we are always open to new ideas.
