About the Role Lead COACT at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre. You’ll set strategy, manage services, build strong teams, and maintain high standards of care, safety and performance across the program. Lead nursing and multidisciplinary teams across COACT Set care standards and guide clinical practice Build systems that support safe, high-quality care Manage workforce, budgets and service outcomes Strengthen partnerships across health and community Provide expert advice on nursing practice and research About You You are a confident nursing leader who brings strong judgement, care and drive to deliver safe, high-quality services.
