About the Role We are seeking a WHS Advisor to join our People, Culture & Safety team. Reporting to the WHS Manager, you will play a key role in partnering with leaders to implement and embed Work Health & Safety (WHS) programs across the organisation. This role is offered as a full-time position This role is critical in supporting ACH Group’s self-insurance status and ensuring compliance with WHS legislation while driving a proactive safety culture. This role is offered as a full-time position Key Responsibilities WHS Partnering & Coaching Partner with leaders to embed WHS systems, practices, and accountability Provide practical, specialist WHS advice across the organisation Coach leaders to meet WHS responsibilities and improve safety outcomes Systems, Compliance & Improvement Support the development and continuous improvement of WHS management systems Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, standards, and codes of practice Assist in maintaining self-insurance licence requirements Monitoring & Reporting Support incident and hazard investigations and reviews Analyse WHS data, identify trends, and recommend improvements Contribute to WHS reporting and KPI achievement Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal teams, committees, and external stakeholders Support WHS and Injury Management committees Build strong working relationships across the organisation About You You are a proactive and collaborative WHS professional who enjoys influencing positive safety outcomes and building strong relationships. Essential: Qualification in Work Health & Safety (or working towards) Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Ability to interpret legislation and translate into practical solutions Current driver’s licence National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Desirable: Experience in WHS, risk management or safety systems Experience analysing WHS data and reporting insights Experience in healthcare, aged care or community services If you want to join our amazing team, we can offer you: Career development with inhouse upskilling and external learning opportunities.
