About the Role As Head of Warehouse and Logistics in ACT, you will work closely with Project and Service teams to maintain timely stock availability and ensure goods are received, stored, and distributed accurately to support project delivery. You will coordinate logistics and drive operational efficiency across all ACT project sites, while leading warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance, safety, and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Receive, verify, and record incoming goods against supplier documentation and purchase orders. Manage stock allocation, packing, and dispatch to support project and service requirements. Maintain accurate inventory control systems and monitor stock levels, including consumables. Prepare and coordinate stock for installation teams to meet daily operational needs. Conduct regular stocktakes, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure warehouse environments are clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards. Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. Coordinate logistics and deliveries to align with project schedules and timelines. Monitor stock movements and provide reporting insights using ERP and warehouse systems. Key Experience & Capabilities Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management roles. Strong systems skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and ERP platforms. Demonstrated experience in stock control, reporting, and warehouse operations. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Effective communication skills. Experience coordinating logistics and working within fast-paced environments. Forklift and driver's licences. Physically fit with sound knowledge of safe manual handling practices. Positive, proactive approach with a focus on achieving outcomes.
