This is a fantastic opportunity to secure 40 permanent hours per fortnight , with additional 10 hours per fortnight (fixed term leave coverage). Available Shifts (Roster Pattern) Week 1: Monday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm (Fixed term leave cover shift) Thursday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm Friday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm Saturday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm Sunday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm Week 2: Monday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm (Fixed term leave cover shift) Thursday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm Friday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm Saturday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm Sunday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm About the Role As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and contribute to a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment for residents. Key responsibilities include: Medication administration and wound care Supporting and supervising care staff Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals, and families Ensuring resident safety, dignity, and wellbeing Contributing to clinical documentation and care planning Essential Requirements Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse Minimum 2 years’ experience in aged care (preferred) Strong clinical skills (medications, wound care, documentation) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards Current Police Check Computer and documentation proficiency Desirable Understanding of ACFI/AN-ACC frameworks Experience in continuous improvement and OH&S practices Confidence in supervising and guiding care staff Why join MACG?
