Job Summary: This role partners closely with the business to understand goals, objectives, processes, and challenges, translating these into effective analytical solutions that drive measurable performance improvement. You’ll build a strong understanding of the HUB24 data landscape to deliver insights that support better decision‑making and execution. Through strong stakeholder partnerships, you’ll influence key decisions during strategic initiatives and business planning, ensuring analytics solutions are impactful, adopted, and aligned to business priorities. Responsibilities: Identify business problems and opportunities where data and analytics can deliver improved outcomes. Design and deliver scalable, reliable analytics solutions and actionable insights for the business. Apply advanced analytical techniques where required to drive meaningful improvement and uplift business maturity. Act as a key liaison between the business and Data & Analytics teams, managing demand and prioritisation in line with strategic goals. Partner with data development and visualisation teams to deliver end‑to‑end analytics initiatives. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and support key initiatives through insight‑driven decision‑making. Requirements: Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with strong analytical and statistical foundations. Proficient in SQL and Python, with proven analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience in Financial Services and/or data analytics consulting environments. Strong stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence, communicate insights clearly, and drive outcomes. Experience with advanced analytics or statistical modelling delivering business impact (desirable). Exposure to Databricks, dbt, or optimisation analytics across customer, marketing, or operations (desirable). The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
