We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Officer to join our administration department at Garnsey Campus working 30 hours per week. This hands‑on role supports the Finance Team through invoice processing, payment preparation, reconciliations, and prompt resolution of accounts payable queries, contributing to accurate, compliant, and efficient financial operations. Essential Requirements Experience in finance operations, accounts payable, or similar role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable Criteria Appropriate office administration qualifications and/or experience in a small to medium-sized and diversified organisation. Computer literacy, including ability to work with a double-entry accounting system and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure. Ability to meet deadlines.
