We’re looking for a Clinical Governance Business Partner to help ensure this care is safe, high ‑ quality , equitable and ready to scale — so clinicians can do less admin and more good , and people can receive care wherever love lives: at home. The Opportunity As a member of the Office of the National Chief Medical Officer , you will partner with clinical, digital and operational leaders to embed contemporary clinical governance across virtual, community and home ‑ based care. You’ll bring governance to life — enabling innovation, supporting clinicians, and ensuring safety , quality and clinical excellence as care models evolve maintaining clinical excellence. This is not a traditional governance role. It’s about making safe innovation possible. What You’ll Do Lead and embed clinical governance, quality and risk frameworks across virtual and home ‑ based care Partner with clinical and digital teams to support safe, scalable models of care Enable effective integration of technology into care delivery Monitor and report on quality, safety and risk, supporting proactive escalation Work across acute, community and aged care services to ensure alignment Champion person ‑ centred care and a better end ‑ to ‑ end experience for consumers About You You’re a trusted governance leader who thrives in complexity and believes the future of care extends beyond hospital walls. You bring: 5 years’ experience in clinical quality, safety and risk Senior leadership experience in complex healthcare environments A clinical background (nursing, allied health or similar) Strong influencing skills and a collaborative, enabling approach Experience adopting traditional clinical governance models to innovative services Experience in virtual care, digital health or hospital ‑ in ‑ the ‑ home models is highly regarded.
