A high-growth, private equity-backed organisation is seeking a commercially minded Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial planning, modelling and performance insight across the business. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening forecasting processes, enhancing financial modelling capability and delivering Board-quality reporting to support strategic decision-making. Suitable for 417 visas with the relevant experience . The Role Key responsibilities will include: Ownership and enhancement of the Group 3-statement financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Development of scenario modelling and business cases to support investment and capital allocation decisions Leading budgeting and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders Preparation of monthly Board reporting packs, including clear variance analysis and performance commentary Building and improving Power BI dashboards to enhance financial visibility and reduce manual reporting Providing data-driven insights across revenue, margins, cost drivers and cash flow About You CA / CPA qualified 4–7 years’ experience across FP&A, commercial finance or Big 4 Advanced 3-statement financial modelling capability Strong forecasting and budgeting experience Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI Highly analytical, commercially astute and confident engaging with senior stakeholders Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
