The Role We’re seeking a Shutdown Scheduler to develop detailed shutdown schedules and live track execution performance. This is not a planning role. It’s pure scheduling. You’ll build and maintain detailed shutdown programs in MS Project, integrate SAP data, and provide real time schedule tracking during shutdown execution periods. Palmcrest experience would be highly regarded. What You’ll Be Doing Creating detailed shutdown schedules in MS Project Integrating SAP work order data into shutdown programs Live tracking shutdown execution against baseline Managing critical path and schedule adjustments during execution Working closely with shutdown leads and site stakeholders What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Shutdown Scheduler Strong MS Project capability Strong SAP experience Experience producing complex GANTT schedules Ability to live track and adjust schedules during execution Palmcrest experience highly regarded Must have the right to work in Australia About Us Maintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with offices throughout Australia and internationally.
