We are currently seeking a highly motivated and confident Business Development Manager from the packaging and/or associated industries. This fast-paced, field-based role has you representing the company face-to-face, expanding a customer base, strengthening existing relationships, and developing new market opportunities to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Proactively visit prospective customers to drive and secure new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with key existing accounts, including regular face-to-face meetings Re-engage dormant or lost accounts to identify and convert win-back opportunities Conduct targeted cold calls and site visits alongside scheduled customer appointments Leverage personal, industry, and networking connections to uncover and generate new sales leads Communicate clearly and provide consistent feedback to the management and internal sales teams What We’re Looking For: Proven experience and sales results within the packaging or related industry Preference for someone who has strong and current relationships within the packaging or related industries that could bring opportunities rapidly Strong presentation and communication skills Highly motivated with the ability to work independently including managing your own follow ups in a time efficient and professional manner.
