We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Drain Coil Operator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Job Summary: As a Drain Coil Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of PVC drain coils. Your role will ensure the efficient and quality-driven production of drain coils, meeting all safety, quality, and production standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor drain coil manufacturing machinery, including extrusion and winding equipment. Set up and adjust machines according to specifications and production requirements. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including quantities produced, downtime, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and address any operational challenges. Ensure compliance with quality control standards and address any deviations promptly. Qualifications . Proven experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
