This position offers a mix of statutory reporting, operational finance support, and process improvement within a changing regulatory environment. You will play a key role in ensuring reporting accuracy while helping streamline finance processes and support better decision making across the business. What you will be responsible for Month end close, journals, and reconciliations Statutory reporting and compliance activities Balance sheet and revenue integrity across sites Audit support and documentation Process improvement and workflow optimisation Supporting finance transformation linked to sector reform Partnering with operational leaders on financial performance What you will bring CA or CPA qualification, or working towards Strong grounding in financial accounting and reporting Experience in aged care or healthcare finance is advantageous Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Strong communication skills with both finance and non finance stakeholders Agecare Industry experinces Client overview This organisation operates within the aged care sector, providing services to a large community through a network of facilities and support programs.
