The role: Reporting to the NSW Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 10 staff to drive productivity across functions and shifts. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for inbound and outbound activity, as well as inventory accuracy and quality control. This position would ideally suit someone with strong all-round knowledge of a warehouse operation, who enjoys a hands-on approach to work, and is passionate about leading a team to achieve results. Key responsibilities: Leading and supporting the warehouse team, through planning, communicating, and adapting to change to meet operational needs. Driving safe working behaviours with the team Maintaining a safe, organised, and well-presented warehouse environment. Striving for Inventory accuracy by reporting variances, conducting cycle counts, and performing stock investigations. Maintaining equipment, including follow up of safety checks for forklifts and MR truck, and reporting of damages to ensure the team have the tools and equipment they need to perform their tasks. Quality control including stock presentation, product checks, and reworks. A team mindset: recognising the company’s success depends on effective teamwork Experience working in a warehouse environment, including loading and unloading vehicles, using RF and Warehouse Management Systems, and having an understanding of WH&S requirements including Chain of Responsibility.
