Position: Mechanical Engineer Position Type : Full-Time Salary: $80,000 plus superannuation per annum Location: North St Marys NSW 2760 Our client is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team located in North St Marys, New South Wales. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and assess mechanical systems, components, and equipment Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment Identify faults and implement engineering solutions to improve reliability Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and Australian Standards Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders Prepare reports and maintenance schedules. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field At least five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience Strong understanding of mechanical design and engineering principles Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
