What you’ll do Build and execute an integrated communication strategy and plan across releases and readiness activities. Translate complex program and technical detail into business-friendly messages for leaders and frontline teams. Produce executive updates, milestone announcements, business impact/readiness comms, newsletters, intranet content, town halls and visual assets. Partner with OCM, Solution Adoption, Corporate Communications and workstream leads to ensure alignment, governance and brand consistency. Support testing, training, cutover and hypercare communications; monitor channels and adjust based on stakeholder insights. Track and report on comms delivery, engagement and adoption indicators. What you’ll bring Proven experience delivering communications for large ERP or S/4HANA transformations within complex program environments. Strength in organisational change communications, stakeholder engagement and business partnering. Ability to turn complex program content into clear written, visual and verbal narratives; meticulous with planning and detail. Comfortable working at pace with senior leaders and cross-functional teams; experience with unions in regulated environments is highly regarded.
