Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs. Skills & Experience Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA) I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth) Experience working in supervisory role preferable Unrestricted working rights for Australia Must have weekend availability (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday preferred) Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted to go through our selection process.
