Description Redpath Mining is seeking motivated Service Crew Operators to join our underground teams across the Norseman region. Working on a 7/7 FIFO roster, you’ll support essential underground services to keep our operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Install, repair and maintain underground services including: Vent bags Water & airline services Grout lines Pump installations and moves Services for development headings Assist with construction tasks such as mesh, bolt and plate installation Operate underground vehicles and equipment safely Conduct pre-start checks and complete safety documentation Set up and maintain work areas to a high standard Support production and development teams as required Perform workplace inspections (Take 5’s, JSAs) Report hazards, incidents and near misses immediately Uphold Redpath’s strong safety culture: Safety – First, Last and Always Qualifications Previous underground service crew experience(preferred) Manual driver’s licence Current First Aid & CPR (or ability to obtain) Ability to follow clear instructions and work safely at all times Strong team attitude and communication skills Good level of fitness for hands‑on manual work Reliability, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement
