In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high‑performing Business Development Centre (BDC) team and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong sales outcomes across Finance and Insurance products through omni‑channel customer interactions. Key duties & responsibilities : Deliver direct Finance and Insurance sales to both new and existing customers, supporting acquisition and retention outcomes Manage re‑finance, insurance renewals and mid‑term non‑hardship finance changes within defined scope Nurture and qualify inbound leads and referrals, converting sales where in scope or referring to retailers and Business Managers Support the Digital Showroom experience, including customer bookings and online consultations Build strong, trusted relationships with customers, retailers and internal stakeholders to support evolving direct and hybrid sales models Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, legislative and internal compliance requirements across all customer interactions Maintain accurate customer records, system data and file notes to support quality outcomes and future opportunities What you will need to be successful : Demonstrated success (minimum 2 years) in a direct customer sales role, ideally within finance, insurance, automotive or financial services Strong omni‑channel sales capability, with the ability to convert leads and close sales while delivering a premium customer experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑centric, results‑driven approach High attention to detail, disciplined time management and confidence working within a regulated environment Relevant qualifications or training in business, finance or financial services, with experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) highly advantageous Why you should apply Join a large, global organisation dedicated to inclusivity and diversity Enjoy flexible working arrangements to support your career, work and life Enjoy free on‑site parking, discounted car leasing and other great benefits Applications for this role will close on 20 th April 2026.
