About the Role We’re on the lookout for friendly, proactive, and adaptable Medical Receptionists to join our team—offering both full-time and casual opportunities across multiple clinics in the region. You’ll support patients and clinical teams through your organisation, empathy and attention to detail. ☀️ A Day in the Life at SCR: • Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism • Managing bookings, phones and patient enquiries • Processing accounts and billing (Medicare, private health, etc.) • Supporting our clinical teams daily • Handling confidential medical information with care • Liaising with referrers, doctors and patients about appointments/results • Attending training and team meetings ♀️ About You You’re calm, positive and love helping people in a busy healthcare environment.
