About the role As a Financial Adviser within our Intra‑Fund Advice Team , you will deliver high‑quality, compliant advice to members over the phone. All appointments are pre‑qualified and booked for you, allowing you to focus on what you do best — providing clear, practical advice that improves member confidence and outcomes. You will work closely with paraplanning, technical, administration and compliance teams, ensuring advice is efficient, accurate and aligned to best‑practice standards. Key responsibilities Your day‑to‑day will include: Delivering simple, high‑quality intra‑fund and retirement advice to superannuation fund members via telephone Conducting structured needs analysis to understand member circumstances, goals and objectives Translating complex superannuation and retirement concepts into clear, easy‑to‑understand guidance Completing online fact finds and maintaining accurate, compliant client records Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal referral sources and stakeholders Working collaboratively with paraplanners, technical specialists and compliance teams to ensure advice quality Supporting and mentoring junior advisers where appropriate Operating within a structured advice environment while adapting to regulatory and business change About you You are an experienced financial adviser who is passionate about helping people make better financial decisions and thrives in a structured, client‑focused advice environment. You will bring: 1–3 years’ experience in a financial advice role, ideally within superannuation or retirement advice Strong technical knowledge across core financial advice disciplines A client‑first mindset with a commitment to best‑practice advice delivery Excellent organisation, attention to detail and analytical capability The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining advice quality Confidence working in a telephone‑based advice model A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring or supporting developing advisers Mandatory requirements Meets FASEA education requirements (or near completion) including a relevant degree Passed the FASEA Standards Authority Ethics Examination RG146 compliant with evidence of completed CPD Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register Full Australian working rights Retire360 is a Professional Partner of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) .
