Reporting to senior leadership, the Business Growth Consultant will lead the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives across Mas programs and Commonwealth contracts. About the Role You will work closely with business leaders and teams nationally to identify opportunities, foster partnerships, and build long-term client relationships. Your work will play a critical role in shaping new programs, identifying funding opportunities, and strengthening our presence in both established and emerging markets. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with Mas National's strategic priorities. Identify new market opportunities and manage key industry relationships (e.g., RTOs, GTOs, employers). Drive growth across the Apprentice Connect Australia Provider contract and other key service areas. Collaborate with the wider IntoWork Group to maximise cross-portfolio opportunities. Lead major growth projects and contribute to funding submissions, partnerships and strategic planning. Represent Mas National at external forums, events, and industry networking opportunities. Maintain existing client relationships and identify new areas for value-added services and expansion. Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders. Support and contribute to monthly and board-level reporting. What You'll Bring 5-10 years' experience in business development, sales or marketing - preferably in multi-brand or community services environments. A proven ability to build and manage strong partnerships with clients, industry bodies, training organisations, and government stakeholders. Strong experience in account management, B2B/B2C service delivery, and identifying cross-promotion opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A proactive and strategic approach with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams. Experience leading complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams. Understanding of equity and access principles and a commitment to inclusive practice. Relevant clearances including Police Check, Working with Children Check, and a valid driver's licence.
