2XM Recruit are on the lookout for reliable Commercial Duct Installers to join an established team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of HVAC ductwork systems in commercial and industrial settings, ensuring all work meets industry standards, project specifications, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities: Install, assemble, and secure sheet metal ductwork for commercial HVAC systems Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately Measure, cut, and fit duct sections on-site Ensure proper sealing and insulation of duct systems Work collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, and other trades Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Follow all workplace health and safety regulations Requirements: Proven experience as a duct installer or in a similar HVAC role Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and duct installation techniques White Card (or equivalent construction safety certification) Valid driver’s license Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and able to work at heights when required Desirable: Trade qualification in HVAC, sheet metal, or extensive industry experience Experience in large-scale commercial projects Advantageous – EWP, Working at Heights, or Confined Space certifications What We Offer: Competitive pay and overtime opportunities Long-term projects with the view of going full-time Supportive team environment Opportunities to work on diverse and exciting projects Please APPLY NOW or send an updated CV to tim.lloyd@2xmrecruit.com.au Back to All Jobs First Name: Last Name: Email: Add your CV Upload CV No file chosen Submit
