The Occupational Therapist will assess participants’ needs, develop and implement therapy plans, provide rehabilitation services, and deliver tailored interventions to help clients achieve greater independence in their daily lives. The role involves working closely with individuals of all ages, including children, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, evaluating progress, and making necessary adjustments to therapeutic plans. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention delivery. Experience or knowledge in Rehabilitation and Medicine to support participants in achieving optimal physical and cognitive function. Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience working with Pediatrics and understanding the unique needs of children undergoing therapy. Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A current driver’s license and the ability to travel locally for client sessions as needed. Demonstrated ability to develop person-centered plans that align with NDIS goals and principles.
