Culture and Benefits Opportunities for career growth and progression Fantastic work culture and supportive community High standards and accredited training provided Staff perks and discounts About the role • Participate in developing the marketing strategy for the hotel in line with company objectives. • Responsible for developing and communicating marketing programming, managing the marketing calendar, and working closely with departments as needed • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. • Assist the General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, and other HODs to set marketing strategies • Monitor and manage the performance of all employees through regular performance reviews, feedback, and PIP if required • Assisting with strategic direction for the brand and effectively developing, managing, and executing the communications and marketing activities for the club. • Delivering outbound content and marcomms including, but not limited to, EDM and SMS campaigns • Contracting reporting and preparing budgets for the Marketing department – monthly, quarterly, and annually About you Excellent presentation and professionalism Always in the detail with great communication skills Honest and Authentic restaurant and venue management Solid understanding of food and beverages Positive can-do attitude Must be able to work flexible hours consisting of both day and nights RSA Essential Click “Apply for this job” to register your interest in this fulltime salaried opportunity paying a salary of $76K to 86k (plus super)
