About the Role This is a high-ownership role focused on 75% Account Management (Retention & Growth) and 25% Business Development (New Leads) . You won't just be taking orders; you will be a solutions partner. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of every client requirement-from initial enquiry and garment selection to coordinating branding/embroidery and ensuring final delivery. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management: Nurture and grow an existing base of B2B clients through regular, proactive contact. End-to-End Ownership: Manage quotes, branding specs, production timelines, and logistics for every order. Proactive Growth: Identify new business opportunities within the local trade and industrial sectors. Technical Accuracy: Maintain obsessive standards for logo placement, sizing, and garment durability. Solution Selling: Recommending the right gear for the right trade-balancing comfort, safety, and budget. Skills & Experience Proven Stability: A consistent work history ( 3 years in a previous like for like role ) is essential. Trade/Industrial Background: Experience in trade retail (e.g., plumbing, electrical, building supplies), automotive parts, or industrial sales is highly regarded. Operational IQ: You are highly organised and can manage complex orders without losing track of the details. The "Phone" Factor: You are comfortable picking up the phone to solve problems or hunt for new business. Local Commitment: Based in or near Greater Western Sydney with a desire to build a long-term local career. Salary & Benefits Up to $90,000 Super (Negotiable based on experience).
