Job Specification As the Pharmacist Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading and developing a well-established, high-volume pharmacy operation. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced pharmacist ready to drive performance, mentor a large team, and further grow professional services. Your responsibilities will include: Leading a team of 20 staff Overseeing day-to-day dispensary operations Ensuring compliance QCPP standards 8CPA professional service targets Ensure to delivery of high-quality patient care and clinical services Managing workflow across a high-script environment Supporting and expanding services across FSOP You will work a full-time roster (38 hours), primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend involvement as required.
