Strategic HR partnering with senior and executive leaders Influence culture, performance and workforce outcomes Permanent, senior-level role in a large, values-driven organisation The opportunity An established and highly regarded healthcare organisation in Toowoomba is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join their Workforce team and play a key role in driving organisational performance, leadership capability and culture. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across a diverse portfolio, providing expert HR advice and coaching to support strategic and operational outcomes. What you’ll be doing You will partner with leaders to deliver strategic HR advice across workforce planning, change and organisational design, while coaching and influencing them to build capability and high-performing teams. You’ll proactively identify workforce risks and opportunities, developing and implementing practical solutions that drive performance and culture. Working closely with stakeholders, you will lead and support key people initiatives aligned to organisational strategy, while contributing to leadership decision-making through strong relationships and expert HR insight. This role has no direct reports and is part of a large onsite team of human resources professionals. About you You are a confident and experienced HR professional who thrives in complex environments and is comfortable influencing at a senior level. You bring strong generalist HR experience, with demonstrated capability across change management, workforce planning and employee relations. You build trusted relationships with ease, communicate effectively, and take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges. Your ability to coach, influence and inspire others enables you to drive meaningful outcomes for both leaders and their teams.
