About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated retail Senior Assistant Store Manager to support our Bowraville team and help drive sales in our AgriSolutions retail store. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will lead the day‑to‑day operation of the store, working closely with a dedicated Hub (Area) Manager/Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will manage daily priorities, coordinate in‑store activity, support the team and ensure strong customer and commercial outcomes, with the Hub Manager providing broader oversight and guidance. Key Responsibilities: Provide day‑to‑day leadership of the store, working closely with the Hub Manager and Assistant Store Manager Coordinate daily priorities, workflows and team activity to keep the store running smoothly Act as the main in‑store escalation point for customer and operational issues, following clear escalation pathways Drive sales performance through local initiatives and strong customer engagement Oversee rosters and support daily operational planning Coach, mentor and support team members, working alongside the Assistant Store Manager on onboarding and development Promote and maintain compliance with WHS, safety standards and company policies Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service and overall store performance To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following selection criteria in your application, giving examples of how you can demonstrate the following: Proven experience in retail management or assistant management role Confidence leading day‑to‑day store operations and coordinating in‑store activity Proven strong people management capability Strong customer service capability, including handling escalated matters Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory and merchandising, with the ability to coordinate and prioritise activity Working knowledge of sales drivers, KPIs and labour planning A practical, calm and collaborative leadership style Comfortable working closely with a Hub (Area) Manager and supporting an Assistant Store Manager Flexibility to work weekends, attend training and support promotional events Experience in agribusiness, rural retail or a related industry will be highly regarded.
