Remuneration: $110,000 – $130,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Superannuation Salary Packaging The Opportunity We are seeking compassionate and skilled psychologists to join growing teams across a variety of settings, including: Private practice – flexible caseloads, supportive environments, supervision, and professional development Community-based roles – visiting clients in their homes, schools, clinics, or via telehealth, including NDIS-funded services Paediatric and neurodivergent focus – 1:1 sessions and group programs, particularly in regional QLD (Toowoomba, Fraser Coast, Bundaberg) Flexible Gold Coast practice – autonomy over client types, work hours, and caseload growth You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, supporting a range of mental health, disability, and trauma presentations.
