This role is ideal for a confident, service-driven professional who thrives in high-standard environments and understands the expectations involved in managing a sophisticated residential community. The Opportunity You will oversee the overall performance, compliance, and presentation of a large-scale residential building of significant profile. Working closely with the Owners Corporation and Building Committee, you will ensure the asset is maintained to the highest standard while delivering a seamless resident experience. You’ll be supported by an experienced onsite team and strong operational and compliance functions, enabling you to focus on leadership, resident engagement, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Full operational management of building services and common areas Delivery and oversight of preventative maintenance programs and long-term asset planning Contractor engagement, tendering, and service agreement oversight Coordination and delivery of capital works and improvement projects Ensuring compliance with WHS, statutory, and regulatory requirements Preparation of detailed reports for committees and key stakeholders Proactive management of reactive maintenance issues Maintaining accurate and comprehensive site documentation About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in building or facilities management Proven track record managing premium residential or mixed-use assets Strong stakeholder engagement and professional communication skills Sound financial literacy and administrative capability Proficient in Microsoft Office and building management/reporting systems Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities, or Building Management (advantageous) What Will Set You Apart This is a highly visible, client-facing role in a premium residential environment.
