This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal to support a busy and high-performing team acting for major developers, landlords, tenants, investors and institutional clients across a broad range of commercial property matters. You will gain exposure to: Commercial acquisitions and disposals; Retail, commercial and industrial leasing matters; Large-scale property developments; Agreements for lease and portfolio leasing work; Due diligence and transaction support; Title, planning and property searches; Preparation of contracts, leases and settlement documents; and File management, billing and matter coordination. Working closely with senior lawyers on complex matters, you will play a key role in keeping transactions moving and ensuring a high level of client service. The team acts for a range of high-profile clients across sectors including retail, infrastructure, airports, energy, industrial and commercial property. Matters include shopping centre developments, service centre redevelopments, airport leasing projects and large-scale mixed-use developments. What are we looking for?
