During PI Planning, you will lead the technical charge, prioritizing enablers and mapping complex dependencies to ensure the team is set up for success across every sprint. You will guide your team in managing technical debt and maintaining rigorous quality gates, ensuring that non-functional requirements like performance, security, observability, and accessibility are never an afterthought.
