Your new company MMFS is working with a well-established construction business who delivers a range of residential, commercial, and modular building projects across Western Australia, with a strong and growing presence in the Goldfields region. With a solid pipeline of work in and around Kalgoorlie, they are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to support ongoing site operations. Your new role As a Leading Hand / Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating small crews across active building sites throughout the Goldfields region, including Kalgoorlie. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and coordinating small teams (3–10 workers) Working alongside trades when required Reading and interpreting construction drawings Managing daily site activities and sequencing of work Liaising with subcontractors and maintaining site productivity Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards What you’ll need to succeed Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman or Site Supervisor Trade background (Carpentry highly regarded) Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction Ability to read and interpret plans Proven ability to manage crews and coordinate trades Strong leadership and communication skills Open to FIFO, DIDO Desirable: Experience working on modular or transportable buildings Previous experience in regional or remote WA projects Current driver’s licence Relevant tickets / certifications (e.g. Working at Heights, EWP) What you need to do now Please apply via SEEK, submit your recent Resume to shaunleabeter@mmfs.com.au or feel free to call Shaun on 0458 522 883 .
