In Perth, this role will sit in a local hub with direct access to key leaders and internal support across sales, service delivery and account management. The business is building its electrical services capability as a newer division, creating an opening for someone who can help establish market position and win new work. This opportunity sits within a part of the market that is less saturated than HVAC for tenders, giving the successful candidate a clearer path to pursue service contracts on value rather than price alone. The role will also leverage existing technical capability already in the business, supported by onboarding across logistics, stakeholders, pricing structures, and internal systems. About the opportunity This is a dynamic business development role focused on generating new electrical service revenue across WA while supporting account retention and business scaling. In this role, you will: Secure new electrical service contracts across WA Develop sales strategies for commercial and industrial clients Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions Manage key client relationships and identify upsell pathways Support process improvement, resource planning and business scaling In the first phase of employment, you will build internal relationships, learn the CRM and pricing tools, understand the bid process, and work with technical teams to position the service offering in market. Over time, this role can develop into a broader leadership contribution as the division grows. About you We are looking for someone with a track record in winning new business, managing client relationships and converting service opportunities into ongoing contracts. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Proven success in business development roles Experience selling services in electrical, FM or trade sectors Capability in tenders, proposals, quoting and presentations Strong commercial judgement and the ability to sell on value Experience building relationships with commercial or industrial clients Confidence using CRM, pricing and marketing tools Strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Exposure to KPOs linked to growth, retention and process improvement A trade or technical background is useful but not essential You will also bring persistence, internal selling skills, and the ability to work across technical and operational teams in a corporate environment.
