About the role This is a temporary role, full time hours Monday to Friday and will be for approximately 1-2 months, with possible extension. You will support the day-to-day finance and administration of a small, established heavy machinery business. The role suits someone who can manage accounts tasks independently while assisting across general office operations. Key responsibilities Invoicing customers and following up outstanding payments Performing bank and account reconciliations Preparing and supporting BAS submissions (desirable) Managing and recording business expenses Entering and maintaining loan records and tracking repayments Preparing reports including cashflow and expense tracking Assisting with month-end and year-end processes Processing payroll (desirable) Liaising with accountants, suppliers and internal staff Supporting general administration and ad hoc tasks About you Experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role Working knowledge of quickbooks or similar accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to manage workload independently Clear communication skills across internal and external stakeholders How to apply Submit your CV outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
