We are currently recruiting dedicated PCAs for a client located in Bli Bli and surrounding suburbs including Maroochydore, Pacific Paradise, Diddillibah, Kuluin and nearby areas. About the Role Tailored, one-on-one in-home support for a premium client Personal care, mobility assistance, and emotional support Supporting non-verbal client with a neurological condition Assistance with daily routines, companionship, and maintaining lifestyle goals Supporting with light domestic tasks Comfortable around animals – must like dogs (includes walking dogs with the client), property includes horses – assisting the client with feeding them Monday to Sunday availability required A variety of shifts are available, including day and afternoon shifts, inactive and active overnights, and extended weekend shifts. What We’re Looking For Certificate III in Individual Support (essential) Minimum 1 year experience in aged care, disability, or community care Experience supporting non-verbal clients and neurological conditions (highly regarded) Strong manual handling skills Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Current First Aid & CPR certificates NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Flexibility to work a variety of shifts What’s in It for You?
