About The Role Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing store team Drive sales, KPIs and profitability in a busy retail location Deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience Recruit, onboard and develop talent to build a strong succession pipeline Manage store operations including rosters, wage control and daily execution Maintain strong visual merchandising and brand standards Act as a brand ambassador for M.J.
