$45 - $55/hr Super Salary Packaging Full time permanent opportunityWork for a leading not-for-profit organisationAbout the RoleUniting Forestville Preschool is a purpose-built service with over 60 years of community connection, welcoming generations of families through its doors.Reporting to the Service Director, you will provide efficient administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service. This role blends front-of-house responsibilities with end-to-end financial management, supporting enrolments, communications, and financial processes.Your duties will include:Responding to telephone enquiries and emailsWelcoming families, visitors and conducting centre toursMaintaining accurate child records, enrolments and data systemsPreparing accounts, invoicing and receipting (cash and online payments)Managing daily banking, petty cash and expense trackingProcessing supplier payments and recording transactions in MYOBMonitoring and following up outstanding accounts and debt collectionReconciling bank accounts and maintaining financial recordsSupporting budget preparation and monthly financial reportingAssisting with end-of-year audits and compliance reportingOrdering office supplies and supporting general administrationLiaising with IT support and maintaining system accuracyYou’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for families while ensuring strong financial processes, accuracy and confidentiality across the service.About YouYou are organised, detail-focused and confident managing both administration and financial responsibilities in a busy environment.
