An iconic fast fashion brand in Castle Hill is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to step into a high-volume, high-energy store where speed, people leadership, and strong execution matter every single day. About the Role This is not a slow, structured retail environment. This is fast, busy, and always moving. You will support the Store Manager in leading a team of 20-30 staff , including a dedicated Visual Merchandising and Stock team . While there is strong structure and support in place, success in this role comes down to your ability to lead from the front, think quickly, and keep the team focused on what matters most: service, sales, and standards. You will be hands-on on the shop floor, driving pace, directing the team, and ensuring the store runs smoothly during peak trade. Roster: Sunday - Thursday (including late night trade) Key Responsibilities Lead and support a large, fast-paced retail team Drive daily sales performance and operational excellence Coach, delegate, and confidently manage performance in real time Maintain strong stock flow, VM execution, and store standards Keep energy high on the shop floor during peak periods Ensure customers receive fast, consistent, high-quality service Use clear decision-making to keep pace and productivity strong Skills & Experience Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments Strong leadership style with the ability to direct and delegate effectively Confident managing people, performance, and daily operations Quick thinker who can stay calm and decisive under pressure Strong understanding of service, sales, and stock flow A genuine "on the floor" leader, not office-bound Salary & Benefits $65,000 - $75,000 Super (above market for the right person) Performance-based bonus structure Strong career progression within an iconic global brand Supportive leadership team and clear development pathway High-energy culture where hard work is recognised and rewarded This is a role for a go-getter.
