A supportive, medium-sized residential aged care facility in Dubbo is looking for a Catering team leader to manage a dedicated catering team. This role combines hands on cooking with administrative leadership, offering variety, professional growth, and the chance to make a real impact and earn a high salary. In this Monday to Friday role, you will manage your team daily, reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Care Manager. Your focus will be on delivering safe, high quality meals while supporting staff recruitment, training, and engagement. What We’re Looking For: Commercial Cookery qualification essential, Diploma in hospitality/cookery preferred. Aged care experience strongly recommended, health related catering backgrounds considered. Strong leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work with older people and provide respectful, person centred service. Compliance requirements (Police check & Compliance documentation relevant to Residential Aged Care.
