Vic freight Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient business performance. This is a full-time position requiring strong leadership, coordination, and operational management skills. Location: Brooklyn, Victoria 3012 Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum Superannuation Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and review office administrative systems, procedures, and service standards Set operational priorities and ensure efficient delivery of office services across the business Allocate and manage office resources, including staff, equipment, and workspace Assign duties to administrative staff and monitor performance to ensure productivity targets are met Manage office records, financial documentation, and administrative accounts Liaise with managers, professionals, and external stakeholders to coordinate operations and resolve issues Ensure office equipment, systems, and supplies are effectively maintained Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and company policies Ensure all administrative operations comply with relevant government legislation and regulatory requirements Coordinate personnel functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, supervision, and performance management Requirements: AQF Diploma or Advanced Diploma (or relevant equivalent qualification) Relevant experience in office management and administrative operations Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities Please include a current resume and supporting documents to your application.
