The right candidate will be responsible for: Pleasing customers by providing a pleasant dining experience. Serving meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a sanitary kitchen. Executing cold food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications. Attending to the detail and presentation of each order. Placing and expedites orders. Preparing ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; and plating meals. Completing hot meal preparation by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling ingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients. Storing leftovers according to established standards. About you: At least 1 year of experience as a Cook; Strong cooking and preparation skills; Knowledge of Italian cuisine and preparations; Strong communications and team player skills; Job type: Permanent/full-time Salary: $76,000 - $85,000
