Monday - Friday Kenwick Based Full Time ADHOC Site Travel Manage a diverse fleet of 300 vehicles and plant equipment. About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to Coordinate and oversee our diverse fleet of 300 asset from plant equipment to Toyota LVs, forklifts, telehandlers, EWP , 2–8 ton excavators, Frannas, winches and Posi Tracks. This is a Monday to Friday role with Adhoc Site Travel, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating logistics with external vendors. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule all fleet repairs and servicing, ensuring minimal downtime. Liaise with external vendors and subcontractors to manage all repair works. Maintain accurate records of all service, maintenance, and repair activities. Monitor fleet performance, ensuring vehicles and equipment are safe, compliant, and operational. Support the team in fleet planning, reporting, and compliance requirements. What We’re Looking For: Experience with Statutory Annual Inspections, 90 day inspections, electrical Inspections Must be available to do Adhoc site travel Strong organisational and communication skills. Trade Backround Experience managing a diverse fleet is highly desirable. Ability to liaise confidently with external vendors and subcontractors.
