We are currently seeking an eager Residential Estimator to join our Toowoomba branch and support the team. About G. James G. The Role This role requires a strong commitment to delivering outstanding product knowledge and accurate estimating services for both residential and commercial windows and doors by: Accurate and appropriate product selection based on interpreting customer requirements, relevant standards and specifications Reading of plans and taking off quantities for quoting Collaborate with the sales representatives to ensure smooth branch operations and support colleagues where needed Providing accurate and timely creation of quotations and orders using V6 software Establishing and building strong relationships and partnerships with our sales teams Ongoing and timely follow up and negotiation with customers to finalise the sale The Applicant We’re seeking a proactive and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a meaningful contribution. This role is well suited to someone with a strong background in Estimating, or within the building and construction industry, combined with a natural aptitude for collaboration and continuous learning, who is ready to take the next step in their career.
