About you
- A passion for food, drinks and people
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails preferred
- Experience in both FOH and bar including making cocktails
- Enjoy working in a team-based setting
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Experience in a supervisory or similar role
- Natural problem solver, able to make decisions fast and with confidence
