Located in Perth CBD Permanent positions available Career growth Opportunities Step Up Housekeeping Supervisor In this role, you will primarily work as a Room Attendant and Self-Checker, with opportunities to step into supervisory responsibilities as required by operational needs to help lead our housekeeping team and ensure our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service, as required by operations. What You’ll Do Step in to supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities as required by operations Support, train, and guide team members on shift Ensure efficient cleaning of rooms and public areas Conduct inspections to maintain quality and brand standards Communicate effectively with other departments Respond promptly to guest inquiries Ensure all Workplace Health & Safety procedures are followed Prepare basic operational reports and maintain accurate records Manage incoming calls and ensure messages are actioned Assist with task allocation and daily planning Escalate operational concerns to the leadership team What We’re Looking For Previous experience in housekeeping (supervisory experience is an advantage) Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A positive, hands-on and flexible approach Willingness to step into a supervisory role when required Why Join Us?
