What You’ll Be Learning As a Warehouse Trainee, you will gain skills in: Receiving and dispatching goods Picking, packing and preparing orders Operating warehouse equipment (with full training provided) Managing stock control and inventory systems Following workplace safety procedures and quality standards Working within a fast-paced team environment Using digital systems for tracking and documentation You’ll work in a Somersby facility with full safety systems, PPE, structured supervision and ongoing support. Who Should Apply? You do not need prior warehouse experience. We’re looking for women who are: Organised and detail-oriented Practical and hands-on Reliable and punctual Physically active and comfortable in a warehouse setting Team-oriented with good communication skills Ready to step confidently into a growing industry You might currently work in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, or be finishing school and unsure of your next step.
